Rob is an experienced attorney working with all manner of clients. He approaches cases from the perspective of an accomplished commercial litigator, anticipating issues and problem-solving from that perspective with both litigation and transactional clients.
Rob has a unique and sympathetic viewpoint with business owners. While practicing law at his previous firm, Rob owned and operated a small Mexican food concept in Brooklyn. The experience of taking an idea from conception to fruition uniquely suits him to help his clients navigate the ups and downs of fast-paced, ever-evolving and competitive industries.
Rob earned his law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2007, and his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in 2004. He is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey state courts, as well as the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District Court of New Jersey.
